The company was set up as a project company for building an IBIS Hotel. Currently, this project has to be reanalyzed, as the approval of RAPPS (Administration of the State’s Protocol Patrimony) regarding the land division has not been secured and CCIR (Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) has reconsidered the land renting agreement.
